Collection: Basic Knife Class

In this class you will learn about shop safety, metallurgy, and proper anvil symmetry, as well as, how to forge a tip, draw out your blade, grinding and finishing work. You will leave the forge with a fully made blade of your design that you can pass down through the ages. The classes are kept small so that you are able to get more one-to-one attention and instruction.  We offer a one day and a two day course. Classes are typically from 10 AM until 3 or 4 per day.  We ask that students not come before 10 AM so we can have the shop heated and our animals cared for before their arrival.
